Hello and welcome to my review of Full Tilt Poker. This website was launched in 2004 and is one of the leading Poker Rooms on the internet today. You will find a lot of big action games as well as many other games at any limit. Full Tilt was one of the first sites to offer ultra high-stakes games, attracting some of the best poker players in the world.
Full Tilt has a team of more than a dozen poker legends called "Team Full Tilt" which includes Gus Hansen, Phil Ivey, John Juanda, Mike Matusow, Howard Lederer, Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, Allen Cunningham, Erik Seidel, Jennifer Harman and Clonie Gowen. These sponsored pros can be found playing at all limits in all varieties of poker games across Full Tilt, and are also available for real-time chat at the tables. Full Tilt Poker satellites also offer entry to the biggest live poker tournaments and the opportunity to play the pros live.
Deposit Options:
Visa, MasterCard, NETeller, E-Passporte, Click2Pay, Cash Transfer. There are so many options to deposit money into your Full Tilt money account, how ever I find using a credit card to be the easiest.
Withdrawal Options:
NETeller, credit card and checks. When I withdrawal I choose the check option, the only downside of this is that it can take 28 days for it to clear for me as it is classed as an international check. If you are lucky enough to live in the USA then it should clear in 5 - 7 days.
Important Note: NETeller and MyCitadel will not be processing any new transactions for players residing in the U.S.

Full Tilt Poker operates on privately developed software, with the massive network also privately owned and developed by the owners, so there is no shared player base. The software is one of the best available, with good customization options, fast game play, unique graphics and very high reliability.
The software offers the basic features, such as a full-color deck and a chat window that can be detached from the main poker window, allowing the player to view more of the chat. With every update, more and more great functions are added. Among the best: players can now find a "Pro Chat" option and a great "Time Bank" feature.
The data and statistics functions in the Full Tilt Poker software allow players to take notes on the opposition during play and the lobby supplies vital table statistics like viewed-flop percentage, average pot size and hands played per hour. Players can also save their hand histories on the local hard drive via the software for viewing at a later time. All statistics functions in the Full Tilt Poker software are easy to use and work well.
The latest version of the Full Tilt Poker software supports play at eight tables simultaneously, and multi-table play runs smoothly without problems. The poker room is very well suited for multi-table play, sporting easy-to-use table functions, great mini-view functions and a brand new "time bank" function. Together with the great audio options and clear graphics, Full Tilt Poker offers players an excellent multi-table experience.
The functions are easy to use and the points shop is also excellent, offering players all sorts of cool merchandise that can be acquired with their Full Tilt Poker points. The graphics are innovative, players can select their own cartoon-style avatars, and the software offers different table types with optional backgrounds.
The graphics of the Full Tilt Poker software are colorful, fun and well matched. The software allows the player to choose from a list of cool avatars and, for the player who has it all, a custom avatar can be purchased for a large amount of Full Tilt Poker points. The table functions are easy to learn and well oriented. The software also boasts several different felts, such as the Las Vegas skyline and a beach scene. Tables are available in different layouts and can be scaled to fit the needs of the player.
Overview, Full Tilt Poker offers a pleasurable poker experience. Because they update the software all the time, you will see different kinds of features. The software has improved so much that it is definitely one of my favourite places to play at.
Ring Game Traffic:
Player numbers at Full Tilt Poker are among the best in the world and are constantly increasing. There are always several games running at any level of Texas Hold'em and Omaha. Overall, the traffic volume is in the very top segment of the industry. Real-money player statistics as of September 2007 show 9,200 ring-game players at peak hours and 60,000 tournament players at peak hours.
You can get some tough competition on the tables, so you have to be very selective in your table selection. Pot Limit Omaha is definitely one of the best games to play on Full Tilt.
Tournament Traffic:
There are a large number of tournaments at Full Tilt, with buy-ins as small as $1 up to the thousands. Tournaments are well populated, fast, well structured and offer competitive plays at all levels and have prizes such as trips to the World Series of Poker Tournament, Aussie Millions and cash. The bigger buy-in tournaments boast fierce competition where you are likely to meet the world's top poker players.
Game Variety:
Excellent Variety: Full Tilt Poker offers a wide variety of tournaments and cash games including Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, Seven-Card Stud, Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo, Five-Card Draw and Razz. The games vary between No-Limit, Pot-Limit and Fixed-Limit. There are No-Limit and Pot-Limit in Hold'em and Pot-Limit in both Omaha variants, while the Stud and Razz games are played in Limit only.
It is also one of few sites offering mixed games such as H.O.R.S.E. (Hold'em, Omaha Hi-Lo, Razz, Seven-Card Stud and Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo), H.O.S.E (Hold'em, Omaha Hi-Lo, Seven-Card Stud and Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo) and H.A. (Hold'em and Omaha Hi). The mixed games are played in Limit versions except for H.A., which is played as a Pot-Limit game.
All games are available as both heads-up, short-handed and full-tables in cash games, and tournaments are available as both multi-table and sit-and-go. Play money games are also available for any player not quite ready to play cash games.
Financial Security:
This is Excellent. Full Tilt Poker is backed and owned by some of the biggest poker professionals in the business and has no reported issues.
Support:
Support quality and response time are both very good at Full Tilt Poker . E-mails are often answered almost immediately. Some support lag has been known to occur at times, however this usually occurs when there is a large software update or huge influx of players. However every email I have sent has been answered the next day.

I like playing on full tilt for the tournaments and usually the 4 table sit n go tourneys. I cleared my bonus in about a 3 weeks of play, playing 25c - 50c 4-6 tables at a time. I'm up about $600 so far and am happy with the site.

I like Full Tilt. The variety of games are good, tournaments on offer great, support excellent. My only small gripe would be sometimes the Avatars get a bit much, especially when there's lots of players who's characters are cats playing at the one table! Other than that I like playing at this site.

I started playing on full tilt when they first started showing all the TV adverts on you tube. I learnt about who were the pros to watch through watching the WPT and seeing the likes of Gus Hansen and Eric Lindgren tearing up the tables and taking out the titles.
I find full tilt to be really good for me because I play a lot of Omaha 6 handed, only in low limits but it’s good because there’s lots of people trying to learn the game and dumping off their bankroll in the process.
Cashing out was a bit of a problem for a short while until they sorted out the options available and only just last year could you resize the screen if your into multi tabling which is good for me because I usually play 6 tables at once.
Overall I give full tilt big thumbs up and recommend people to play there.
